Nothing. The first conversation with a Grafene director is on us. We use it to understand what you’re working on and tell you honestly whether we’re the right firm to help — and if we’re not, who might be.
How quickly will you come back to me?
Within one working day. A real person reads every enquiry. No automated holding replies, no chatbot loops.
Do I have to be in Liverpool or the North West?
Most of our clients sit across Merseyside (Liverpool, Wirral, Southport), Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire. We’re based at 8 Water Street in Liverpool city centre, but we work with property developers and investors further afield when the project warrants it. Tax advice rarely requires a postcode.
Do you take on small projects, or only large ones?
Both. Some clients come to us for a one-off opinion on a specific transaction; others retain us across a portfolio or development pipeline. Tell us what you’re working on and we’ll be honest about whether we’re the right fit.
I’m a self-employed subcontractor — can I still call?
Absolutely. CIS refunds are one of our two main services and a phone call is the fastest way to find out roughly what you’re owed.
